As CEO of Dominion, John Poulos leads the company’s business and operational strategy with the mission of providing technology and services that make elections more secure, accessible, and transparent. His focus on customer partnerships and technological innovation grounded in a culture of transparency and accountability form the foundation of Dominion’s success.

Founded in 2003, Dominion grew to support more than 1,200 jurisdictions in the United States and Canada by 2020, becoming the second-largest voting systems provider in North America. Deloitte named Dominion as a Fast 500 Technology Company for five years. The company has also been recognised by Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award for technology as part of its success as one of the fastest-growing tech enterprises in the US.

A native of Toronto, Canada, Poulos has been recognised for his many accomplishments, including being selected as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 business leaders in 2010, and receiving the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award in 2013 for philanthropic work. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
