Juliette Garside

Juliette Garside is joint deputy investigations editor at The Guardian. She joined the paper in 2011 and has worked as a reporter and editor across the business and investigations teams. 

She spearheaded The Guardian’s move into cross-border, collaborative reporting with series ranging from the Pulitzer-Prize-winning Panama Papers, a special investigation into the leak of 11.5 million files from the database of the world’s fourth-biggest offshore law firm, Mossack Fonseca, to the 2019 European Press Prize-winning Daphne Project, an investigation into the assassination of the Maltese anti-corruption journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.

Since the invasion of Ukraine, Garside has edited a string of investigations into Russian wealth and sanctions enforcement, including the prize-winning Cyprus Confidential, the Russian Asset Tracker.
