Journalist Lewis Goodall presents the award-winning daily news podcast The News Agents alongside Emily Maitlis and Jon Sopel. The News Agents was named Best Podcast at the 2023 Global Awards. He is the presenter of the News Agents Investigates investigative journalism series, a presenter for LBC, and writes for The New Statesman.
He was previously policy editor for BBC Newsnight and political correspondent at Sky News, as well as an elections presenter for both channels. His investigative work on the exams crisis was nominated for an Orwell Prize. His first book on the rise of Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour, Left for Dead?: The Strange Death and Rebirth of the Labour Party, was published in 2018.
